This role is essential in managing product portfolios and providing expert technical and commercial support. You will play a key role in ensuring a competitive edge in the market by implementing solutions and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of technical product solutions for clients.
- Engage with end users to gather product requirements and pricing insights.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and pricing plans.
- Create and manage Product Line roadmaps to meet financial goals.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering teams to meet expectations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of overhead high voltage switchgear applications.
- Recommend product design changes aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure technology meets internal and client needs.
- Resolve issues in compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop policies for technical training as needed.
- Complete documentation accurately.
- Adhere to Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.
- Foster collaboration with local functional groups.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of overhead powerline concepts.
- Experience in the electrical utility industry preferred.
- Familiarity with IEEE C37.30 and GO.95 standards is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with at least 6 years of experience.
- Leadership skills with authority for personnel decisions.
- Ability to perform complex tasks following established processes.
- Experience with CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), ASANA, ETQ, Salesforce, JD Edwards is desired.
- MBA with commercial experience is highly preferred.
