You will shape how developers connect agents to enterprise data, use models and tools, evaluate behavior, diagnose failures, and apply security and governance controls. You will translate these workflows into APIs, SDKs, visual tools, and operational experiences.

You will work closely with engineering, design, applied AI, and go-to-market teams. You will make product and technical decisions involving developer experience, architecture, quality, latency, reliability, security, scalability, and cost. You will shape APIs, SDKs, tools, and workflows that developers can learn quickly and operate confidently at enterprise scale.
You will define how agents securely retrieve enterprise data, use tools, maintain context, and produce grounded results.
You will shape evaluation and observability experiences that help customers measure quality, diagnose failures, and improve agent behavior.
You will partner with engineering to make tradeoffs involving model quality, latency, reliability, security, interoperability, scalability, and cost.
You will prototype with models, APIs, agent frameworks, and developer tools to test assumptions before committing engineering investment.
You will use customer research, product telemetry, evaluations, and market evidence to determine what to build, improve, or stop.
You will recruit design partners and work with them from initial discovery through production deployment and adoption.
You will connect Oracle's database, cloud, application, and developer capabilities into cohesive AI development workflows.
You will measure success through developer adoption, time to first working application, time to production, production workload growth, quality, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
You will write product narratives, requirements, decision documents, and investment proposals that align engineering teams and senior leaders.
You will analyze competing platforms, open-source technologies, and emerging AI architectures to identify changes in customer expectations and opportunities for differentiation.
