As a Product Manager on Spot & Tango's Digital Product team, you will partner with product managers to work cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to design and build intuitive, delightful experiences for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing ecommerce platform and drive immediate impact at a leading pet health & wellness brand.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into clear PRDs and tickets in partnership with engineers and stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to assist in building and QAing high-quality digital products, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in product launches by reviewing new functionality, logging issues, and helping triage feedback so bugs and enhancements are surfaced and prioritized appropriately
  • Work with engineers and QA analysts to identify and prioritize production bugs
  • Support development workflows, including sprint planning, ticket refinement, tracking timelines, and flagging risks or blockers
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to track feature performance and A/B tests by identifying key metrics, analyzing data, and preparing summaries or insights for stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product management, software development, program management, strategy, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teammates
  • Strong desire to continue to learn and grow your skills in product management, technology, and software development
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to take ownership to help push projects over the finish line
  • Passion for digital products and delivering great user experiences

This is a hybrid position based in our Midtown Manhattan office.

In-office presence is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
