Your MissionAs Product Manager for Spartakus APM, you own the product roadmap. You turn customer pain into features, market insights into strategy, and technical possibilities into reality. You work hand-in-hand with developers, customers, reliability engineers, sales, and operations to build a product that maintenance teams actually love - because it works, it's simple, and it delivers.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of a software solution tailored to the needs of maintenance professionals in the industrial sector. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that optimize maintenance processes and maximize equipment uptime.
What You'll Do- Own the Product: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the needs of maintenance professionals in the industrial sector. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to guide product roadmap decisions. Define, prioritize, and deliver product features from discovery to launch.
- Requirements gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and management, to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value and impact on user efficiency.
- Lead the Roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and initiatives to meet short- and long-term business objectives. Communicate the roadmap internally and externally to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Be the Glue: Collaborate with engineering, customer success, operations, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency to achieve successful product outcomes.
- Track the Market: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Make data-driven decisions to maximize customer value while optimizing resource allocation. Stay ahead of industry trends (predictive maintenance, IoT, AI, cloud, edge), monitor competitors, and help Spartakus stay differentiated.
- Drive Outcomes: Coordinate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, including defining release scope, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software updates.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify maintenance workflows and improve user satisfaction.
- Write Specs: Craft clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
What You Bring?- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Product Management experience (3-7 years) in B2B SaaS, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or asset-heavy sectors.
- Solid understanding of software development, APIs, cloud platforms, and UX principles.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (SCRUM) and product management tools.

- Familiarity with industrial maintenance, reliability, asset management (APM, CMMS, RCM, PdM) or a strong willingness to learn fast.
- Strong communication skills - you can speak fluent developer, business, and customer.
- Exceptional at prioritizing, balancing conflicting demands, and staying focused.
- Proven ability to lead without authority, influence cross-functional teams, and drive alignment.
- Written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
Nice to Have- Experience with APM, CMMS, ERP, industrial IoT, or maintenance management systems.
- Understanding of maintenance methodologies (RCM, FMEA, MSS, Condition Monitoring).
- Ability to read technical diagrams, process flows, or maintenance documentation.
