(Northbrook, Illinois - Remote position)

Duties: Responsible for the core Ads Manager platform and other user facing apps. Defined top-level product strategy for ads platform, in alignment with broader product and company strategy. Lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and to achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Leverage extensive experience in turning mobility insights into actionable marketing campaigns. Deliver and manage external demand and supply sources. Collaborate with go to market teams to ensure platform is delivering efficiently against customer objectives. Oversee team to monitor efficacy of products and use customer and business feedback mechanisms to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation. Drive program vision and goals, paired with business-level priorities translated into features and user stories to populate product backlogs across the product suite covering. Accountable for setting priorities and balancing investments in short-term tactical product improvements with long-term strategic product investments. Conduct user interviews with internal and external users, created user personas, and mapped out different user journeys. Develop product roadmap, present product vision to leadership, write detailed product requirement docs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and host product townhalls.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus eight (8) years as Product Manager or related occupation gaining experience in product development in a digitally-oriented environment related to consumer services. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Engaging in discovery/test and learning activities to quickly validate concepts for backlog investments; Defining and managing KPIs to measure the success of efforts and to inform the overall product strategy; Leading development and recommendations of new techniques and processes to support solutions; Making build, buy, and partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs; Monitoring budgets and operational effectiveness and developing strategies for adjusted courses of action; Running an omnichannel ad platform generating over $100 million in revenue; Implementing and managing relationships with external demand and supply partners in the AdTech space; Developing and applying insights derived from mobility data within the advertising technology (AdTech) industry; Creating and managing platform and campaign monitoring tools; Working with Advertising Demand Side Platforms and customer data repositories; and Working across backend software engineering, machine learning engineering, front end web development and data science teams. Position requires Domestic travel across the U.S. required approximately 2 weeks per quarter. Fully remote position with availability in Central Standard Time (CST).
