What you'll do:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Oversee the development process, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that the project stays on track.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure the development team is aligned with the product goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive product excellence.
  • Work through product roadblocks through problem-solving and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Plan and execute product launches and prepare support materials.
  • Track product performance through metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to continually improve the product.
