About The Role

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Product Manager owns the day-to-day execution of PHM's product roadmap-running sprints, driving analytics-informed decisions, and shipping features that move users toward better mental health outcomes. This role exists to free up strategic bandwidth while ensuring a steady drumbeat of small, high-impact wins. This is a full-time, in-office position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own sprint planning and delivery cadence using Linear, keeping engineering focused and accountable

Identify low-effort, high-reward opportunities through analytics and user feedback

Write and own PRDs for new features, running them through product leadership

Partner with engineering and design to ship quickly with minimal overhead

Use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, ticket creation, and documentation

Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights for the team and leadership

Contribute to capacity planning and delivery forecasting for management visibility

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Product management experience in a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment

Demonstrated ability to ship without a large support structure around you

Comfort with data: college-level statistics or professional analytics experience; you don't need SQL-you need to think clearly about what the data means

Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, insurance, or marketplace domains (preferred)

Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate product work

Resourceful, low-ego, high-agency mindset

The annual salary for this role is $130,000-$170,000, commensurate with experience and fit.
