- Partner with engineering to plan sprints, track delivery progress and unblock issues as they arise.
- Support tracking of milestones and impact, escalating risks or hygiene issues proactively.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions and ensure what gets built actually solves the intended problem.
- Help identify interdependencies between your initiatives and other pods' work, flagging conflicts early.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and sequencing discussions, bringing data and user insight to prioritization conversations.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly to your Product Lead and stakeholders.
- Build low-fidelity prototypes and mockups (e.g., Figma, wireframes) to validate concepts with stakeholders before committing engineering resources.
- Use prototypes to pressure-test assumptions and surface edge cases.
- Identify opportunities within your pod's initiatives where AI or automation could improve speed, quality or cost, and help scope them appropriately, and identify systemic solutions to the business problem.
- Partner with the AI/architecture team to understand platform capabilities (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio) and translate them into practical product use cases.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:- Experience in product management, software development, data engineering, or technical project coordination.

- Experience with data analysis and interpreting performance metrics.
- Comfortable working across disciplines including engineering, UX, and marketing.
