The Work Itself- Core project management skills of plan development and management through full project lifecycle.
- Develop change management and communication strategies with core team members to ensure success of delivery.
- Drive transparency across all audience types and help team resolve blockers, risks and gaps to reach outcome.
The Qualifications We're Looking For- 2 years managing mid to high level complex projects
- 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is preferred.
- 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
- Candidate should have programming experience and must be flexible and eager to learn new processes and systems, exhibit critical thinking skills, possess problem solving abilities, and remain comfortable in a changing environment.
- Auto finance experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range$85,000.00 - $150,000.00
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
