About The Role:

ARC is looking for a Product Manager (Pricing Analytics) to join our team! In this role, you will set the direction, develop strategy, execute, and deliver one or more products in order to increase ARC’s customer base, customer satisfaction, and revenues derived from our customers. The Product Manager needs to have a strong discipline to gain knowledge quickly and apply that knowledge to the assigned products or new ones. The Product Manager is expected to be familiar with all stages of a product’s lifecycle. You'll be responsible for all aspects of product management including, but not limited to product goals, implementation, management of cross functional supporting teams, and other activities set forth by senior management to support the ARC revenue objectives. You will work with senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the product are met and deliver the desired business value.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Create product plan and coordinate execution through cross functional teams. Monitor progress and control product-related tasks.
  • Sets the product budget and goals and prioritize tasks and plans to achieve or exceed these goals. Develop product and manage product profitability and return on investment reports to meet and exceed goals.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product features for inclusion into product roadmaps (e.g. product features). Work with senior management to effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus customer benefit as part of enterprise resource planning.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, IS, and other departments at ARC to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Manage appropriate aspects of product delivery including customer communication (internal and external), documentation, training/knowledge transfer, User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and product launch.
  • Work directly with customers to translate customer needs into product requirements and document requirements. When necessary, include management in decisions that impact the revenue of ARC.
  • Co-lead or lead cross functional support teams consisting of sales, marketing, customer support and vendors in communicating with the product plans, policies, definitions, and developments.
  • You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
    • 4-7 years’ experience in Product Management position
    • Has a deep understanding of the customer. Able to develop knowledge of our customers and users and be able to apply that to manage new and existing products and services
    • Develop product roadmaps and goals based on interaction and analysis of customer and industry needs
    • Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches in close collaboration with Product Development, Marketing and Sales stakeholders
    • Have a good understanding of product release strategies and tactics along with required documentation
    • Ability to network with counterparts throughout the industry
    • Strong analytical, planning, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to solve problems and achieve buy-in for solutions approaches
    • Applied statistical or numerical analysis, working with large and small volumes of data
    • Performing data analysis and research
