The Partner and Operational Solutions team at Google is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of critical tools that empower partners and internal operations teams. This includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, partner facing tooling, spend management platform, and other productivity related platforms. These solutions are essential for managing efficiency, improving partner engagement, and scaling Google's operations.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Conduct research and analysis of users and their journeys, and use market and performer analyses to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product life-cycle, from ideation and definition through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality innovative products in collaboration with engineering, design, and partner teams.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, partner-facing teams, and operations.
