Job Description

About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience to help define, build, and improve products that deliver meaningful value to customers and the business. You'll work on a team that consists of 3 PMs (including yourself), designers, and a growing engineering team - and will work cross-functionally with all. On a daily basis you may also engage with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and ship solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to grow their product skill set across the full product lifecycle. Strong interest in the theater world or experience in Ticketing/E-Commerce is a huge plus!

What you'll do:

Product Discovery & Strategy
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities
  • Conduct customer research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Translate insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product opportunities
  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and goal-setting (OKRs, KPIs, etc.)

Execution & Delivery
  • Own the definition and delivery of product features from concept through launch
  • Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize work using structured frameworks (e.g., impact vs. effort, RICE, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with design on user flows, wireframes, and UX decisions
  • Partner with marketing and sales on launches, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with customer support and success teams to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Communicate product updates, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholders

Measurement & Iteration
  • Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate impact and inform next steps
  • Gather feedback and iterate to improve usability, adoption, and outcomes
  • Identify and help address bugs, edge cases, and usability issues

Qualifications

Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Product Manager, Associate PM, or similar role
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
  • Comfort using data to inform decisions (basic analytics, metrics, dashboards)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Really Nice to Have:
  • A passion for the arts and/or experience in the theater world
  • Experience in SaaS or Ecommerce

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum product development
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Exposure to customer research methods and usability testing
  • Experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts
  • Background in SaaS, consumer products, or digital platforms
