The Role:As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading development of one or more of our key product areas alongside a cross functional team of designers and engineers. You will own the creation, execution, and communication of the product roadmap, keeping relevant stakeholders from executives to commercial teams to customers up to speed on what's coming next.
You will also need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and trade-offs, always making sure to prioritize work that solves our customer problems in a world class experience that also moves us toward our business goals. Collecting and synthesising learnings from all directions to shape both your direct teams priorities, and the broader products as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the discovery process to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
- Work closely with Design and Engineering counterparts to build, ship, and iterate quickly
- Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Determine what problems to work on by accounting for customer needs, company and product strategy, and product risks
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, customer success and other key stakeholders to successfully launch new products, features, and updates
- Be a thoughtful team leader, help make your teammates better and motivate them to do the best work of their careers. Set and maintain a high bar of quality for your team's product.
- Work with the rest of the product team to build processes that will scale as our team and company grow
- Help the team define and track key success metrics
Preferred Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager and 6-8 years total in relevant industries
- Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
- Established leadership with end-to-end product delivery and direct customer collaboration
- Experience driving organizational strategy and solution-level design thinking
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies, with ability to independently source data, perform rigorous analysis, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
- Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Github
Nice to Have:- Experience with major cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning
- Familiarity with leading AI APIs and models - OpenAI's GPT models, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, or open-source alternatives like Llama
- Experience building products for manufacturing and industrial customers
- Experience working on an enterprise product
- Previous experience delivering an analytics platform and related products
This role is based in New York City. Candidates must be located in the tri-state area and willing to work on-site a minimum of two times per month.We anticipate the base salary band for this role will be between $110,000 and $165,000, in addition to equity and benefits. This role may be hired at the L3 level ($110,000 to $135,000) or the Senior Product Manager level ($135,000 to $165,000). The salary at offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
