Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for the Culture Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to frame product vision and roadmap.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Use data and research to prioritize features and enhancements effectively.
• Lead agile ceremonies to ensure cohesive collaboration across global teams in the U.S. and India.
• Evaluate product success through defined KPIs, user feedback, and experiments.
• Serve as an advocate for the user while balancing technical constraints and business needs.
