Full Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our cross-functional product team. You'll work closely with UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders across the globe to define and deliver impactful features that elevate the employee experience.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for key areas of the Culture Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements using data, research, and strategic insight.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across global teams (U.S. and India).
  • Measure product success through KPIs, user feedback, and experimentation.
  • Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
