The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in validating needs and discovering (with UX Design and Engineering team members) employee & team recognition solutions that delight customers and ensure business objectives.

Are you passionate about the problems you're solving for customers and end users? Do you measure success with outcomes e.g. changes in end-user behavior or specific business impact? Do you collaborate with your team and other stakeholders to build fun, simple solutions that solve real problems and engage end users? If so, this opportunity may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product strategy, solution definition and successful release and adoption with UX and Engineering team members
  • Understand market trends and customer needs through continuous gathering and assessing of inputs from end users, customers, prospects, competitors, sales reps, customer service, culture researchers and other stakeholders
  • Work with UX Design team members to design products that solve complex business problems in a simple and engaging way
  • Regularly use data to validate the impact of new solution designs and updates to the existing Culture Cloud platform and next-generation products
  • Clearly understand and validate the needs you're solving for: who has the need, pervasiveness & intensity of the need, as well as business impact when solved
  • Research competitor products to figure out what not to do (instead of what to do)
  • Work with engineering and UX design to discover the right solution and champion building the industry's leading product experience
  • Act as product evangelist both internally and externally
  • Function as the technical contact point for sales and client services

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of software Product Management or equivalent experience

  • Agility and bias toward action with ruthless prioritization and accountability for results
  • Experience in working with customers to define and design business (B2B or B2C) solutions
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with high attention to detail (sweat the small stuff)
  • Understanding of application design principles and experience applying them to solve complex business problems
  • Working knowledge of program/product management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Domain experience in HR-related business applications a plus (Recognition, & Rewards, Continuous Performance, Engagement, Learning & Development, etc.)
  • Financial analytical skills
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or related master's degree a plus.
