You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, success, and fellow product managers, including the Supplemental ELA product manager, to ensure that features meet the needs of teachers and students in the classroom. You will identify opportunities, track performance, and build features that drive the largest possible impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build features and tools that directly impact teachers and students.
  • Own the platform experience through collaboration: define what gets built, why, and in what order, in close partnership with the engineering team.
  • Work directly with design and internal content/ELA pedagogy experts throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, to validate that features solve real classroom challenges.
  • Partner closely with a fast-moving, AI-forward engineering team to deliver high-impact features.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities and hold cross-functional partners accountable to scope and timelines.
  • Use data to determine what is working, what isn't, and where the greatest opportunity lies.

About You:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Management function scaling new or existing products.
  • Experience in EdTech, K-12 education, SaaS,or working with instructional products strongly preferred.
  • Experience working closely with design and subject-matter experts (content, pedagogy, or similar) to shape features, beyond simply handing off requirements.
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as part of a daily product management workflow, with genuine enthusiasm for a team that builds with AI at its core.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data directly rather than relying on others for answers.

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check as part of our pre-employment process.
