JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Identify opportunities within the digital experience to create better customer journeys for our customers. Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing. Use data to identify gaps and opportunities. Work with design partners on customer research and discovery partner with the technology team to translate a vision into an actionable backlog. Drive experimentation plans and report on results. Communicate with executive leadership on business outcome of delivered initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams and cross-product, product owners on the creation and prioritization of a product backlog. Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision and value in accordance with business stakeholder priorities. Manage existing product features and actively work on research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap. Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies across teams. Help resolve impediments for the team as needed. Identify, improve, and develop technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. Conduct key relationships and communications with stakeholders including to senior executives. Take ownership of the products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Digital Product Analyst, Product Owner, Software Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Digital Product Analyst, Product Owner, Software Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: providing verbal and written updates on product delivery, progress, and OKRs to senior leaders/executives; Agile product development and delivery; Defining and building a product backlog; Large scale technical platforms and API development; working in financial services consumer-facing digital platforms; Working in Adobe Analytics and Split.io to run customer-facing experiments; using JIRA Align to manage development backlogs; Working on product development requests for different stakeholders on a regular basis; using test automation tools, including Selenium and UDF; translating product requirements into technology epics; using Splunk to support technology defect resolution; and working on Cloud solutions.

Job Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43035. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel to other JPMC sites for internal meetings and trainings.
