About the Role

Ash is seeking a Product Manager, Member Engagement to join our Platform team. In this role, you'll own the member engagement product roadmap including email, SMS, and AI-powered voice outreach from channel logic and configuration to performance measurement and iteration. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality member engagement content. This role is foundational as outreach is the first and often only chance to reach members who've been missed by traditional care. The work you do here turns a mailed kit into a completed test, and a completed test into a closed gap in care, directly impacting health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage client campaigns in Customer.io, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, message sequencing, and A/B testing across outreach touchpoints.
  • Dive into engagement data to identify drop-off points, surface opportunities for further targeting, and build the case for roadmap investments that improve program performance.
  • Drive experimentation where applicable to increase member engagement rates.
  • Work alongside Senior Product Manager and Platform engineering team to ship improvements to the member engagement engine.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine message content, tone, and timing for diverse member populations to drive action in the home.
  • Serve as the internal expert on how our notification and outreach systems work, educating Client Delivery, Sales, and Operations on capabilities and constraints

Qualities
  • Our ideal candidate is a mission-driven, motivated multi-tasker who finds fulfillment in doing work that has real impact.
  • Command a high bar for product experiences and leverage patient-centered design principles to guide your decision-making.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge conversation across external clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of product management experience.
  • Proven results moving conversion or retention metrics.
  • Strong analytics fluency.
  • Experience bringing AI-driven capabilities into consumer-facing product experiences preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience managing CRM tools, like HubSpot or Customer.io, and AI voice calling tools like Bland.ai.

What we offer
  • The opportunity to join a mission driven team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company.
  • Inclusive and transparent social culture.
  • Challenging work, fast learning cycles, practical training, and meaningful feedback. We want to learn from every member of the team and bring fresh ideas to the table every day.
  • Flexible working environment with unlimited vacation time and company provided team lunches.
  • Competitive pay, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), stock options, 401k program.
