We are looking for a Low Voltage Distribution and Circuit Protection Product Manager. This position is in Peachtree Corners GA.

Are you a transformative Product Manager with a deep understanding of electrical distribution and a passion for the future of data centers? Siemens Electrical Products (EP) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to strategically lead and grow key Made-to-Order (MTO) low voltage gear and power distribution product lines, with a significant emphasis on high-growth data center applications. As an entrepreneur for your assigned portfolio, you will define the product lifecycle, drive market share, and ensure Siemens remains at the forefront of innovation in this critical space.

You'll make a difference with:
  • Strategic Product Leadership: Own the complete product lifecycle roadmap for specific MTO low voltage distribution products. Examples of product lines within the distribution segment include busway, switchboard, switchgear, power panels, lighting panels, and power monitoring solutions, with a strategic focus on data center needs.
  • Market & Portfolio Growth: Act as the entrepreneurial force behind your product lines, developing portfolio strategies, defining project scopes, and creating robust business cases to outpace competitors in profit and market share.
  • Execution & Launch Excellence: Oversee project execution with cross-functional teams, orchestrate successful product launches, and lead phase-out activities efficiently.
  • Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage pricing structures, conduct comprehensive financial planning, and make data-driven decisions impacting multi-million-dollar profit targets.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for key customers, proactively identify evolving market needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements. Engage with the sales channel to optimize go-to-market strategies for both simple and complex low voltage distribution and circuit protection markets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other recognized STEM field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience with the following:
    • Product management or design or customer solution engineering within the electrical distribution and circuit protection industry.
    • Extensive knowledge of low voltage electrical distribution markets, products, and applications, particularly within data centers
    • Identifying, defining, and implementing customer requirements through a structured Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
    • Deep understanding of electrical distribution sales channels and effective go-to-market strategies.
    • Performing detailed financial analysis and making strategic decisions with significant profit implications.
    • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
    • Project management skills, particularly in leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% (1-2 times per month).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Power electronics experience
  • Experience in sales, business development, finance, or operations
  • Working within a factory/ product production environment
  • Experience with visual data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • SAP, Salesforce or other large ERP/ CRM system usage

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - - $175, 644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
