Full Job Description
The Product Manager, Learning Experiences is responsible for discovering and defining strategic solutions and improvements for evolving Virtuoso's portfolio of learning experiences, programs, and products for advisors, partners, and industry professionals.

The successful candidate will partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, business performance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio that includes advisor development programs, certification pathways, study tours, digital learning experiences, learning technologies, and future Institute initiatives. This role combines product strategy and management expertise with an understanding of adult learning, professional development, and customer needs to deliver measurable business and learner outcomes that demonstrate Virtuoso is the clear leader in global luxury travel learning.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Lead strategic evaluation, design and development to evolve Virtuoso's learning experience portfolio.
  2. Define product goals, success metrics, and business outcomes and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  3. Manage product lifecycles from concept through launch, enhancement, and retirement, working closely with program managers/operations who manage day-to-day execution of the products.
  4. Gather and evaluate customer feedback, learner insights, and performance data to inform product strategy and priorities.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  6. Develop business cases and recommendations for new products, enhancements, partnerships, and investments.
  7. Partner with subject matter experts, facilitators, and stakeholders to develop and deliver learning experiences and products.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Technology, Member Relations, Global Partnerships, Finance, and Operations to support product delivery and performance.
  9. Evaluate and recommend learning technologies and digital learning solutions.
  10. Manage priorities, timelines and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.
  11. Partner with the Senior Director to support the development and evolution of new offerings, pilots, certifications, and strategic learning initiatives.
  12. Identify opportunities to scale, enhance, and expand learning offerings through new delivery models, partnerships, technologies, and revenue-generating programs.
  13. Maintain flexibility to attend and facilitate meetings that may occur outside of standard (US) business hours to ensure global stakeholder needs are met and business needs are met globally.


Educational and Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, organizational development, learning & development, hospitality, travel, or a related field
  • 2-4+ years of product management and professional development/education experience
  • Experience managing customer-facing learning products, programs, services, or offerings
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and professional development best practices
  • Experience working with learning technologies, LMS platforms, digital learning experiences, or related systems
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills with the ability to use data and performance metrics to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while driving execution
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting the launch, management, or growth of educational products, certification programs, professional development offerings, or learning technologies preferred
  • Professional development, certification, credentialing, workforce development, or training program experience preferred
  • Experience launching, managing, and scaling learning products or programs preferred
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships, vendors, facilitators, or external contributors preferred
  • Experience working within membership organizations, travel, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred


Travel Requirements:

  • Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events, study tours, training programs, and industry conferences.

  • Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.

  • External: Partners, vendors, facilitators, consultants, educational institutions, speakers, destinations, and other industry contributors.
  • Internal: Product, Marketing, Events, Technology, Member Relations, Global Partnerships, Finance, Business Intelligence, Operations, and senior leadership teams.
