*Remote in USA- Prefer local candidates to Denver, CO (If local may require 3 days on site per month) Our digital product team is critical to enabling our kidney care platform, and our product team is growing! We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to drive product outcomes which solve critical business problems. Your primary activities will include defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area, and then executing your product vision across one or many applications for one or many user groups. We are looking for someone who is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Qualifications Product Execution & Delivery • Lead product initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs. • Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to translate product requirements into actionable development work. • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact product delivery. • Prepare for and actively participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and organizational requirements. • Support the development of user communications, training materials, and educational resources related to product features and capabilities. Product Discovery & Strategy • Partner with Product Leadership to define and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area. • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities. • Work closely with UX teams to design intuitive user experiences and validate solutions through rapid feedback cycles and usability testing. • Conduct user interviews, field observations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and workflows. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, provider, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve user experiences and business outcomes. • Develop a strong understanding of organizational priorities and business challenges to ensure product investments deliver measurable value. Required Qualifications • 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on digital products. • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving outcomes. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to clearly articulate product vision and inspire teams around the "why" behind solutions. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed trade-offs, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. • Adaptability and resilience in organizations experiencing rapid change and growth. • Demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in new domains and industries. • Strong relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across technical, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building healthcare technology products and leading 0-to-1 product development initiatives from concept through launch. • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications. • Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, presentations, and business case development. • Experience supporting the delivery of web and mobile applications. • Prior experience working within healthcare organizations or regulated industries.
