The OpportunityWe're looking for a Product Manager to own international product requirements and expansion strategy for Adobe Firefly's Generative AI experiences. You'll define what a great, culturally relevant Firefly experience looks like internationally, and specifically across our priority markets, and build the cross-functional muscle to get there. You'll partner closely with our Firefly international readiness PM on product experience readiness and requirements, international model quality improvements, and product growth in our priority markets. This role sits in an evolving, fast paced space.
What You'll DoInternational Product Strategy
- Own the international requirements pipeline for Firefly - product parity, cultural relevance, and regional model behavior - translating market needs into specs that core product teams can act on
- Partner with the project manager responsible for Firefly's international readiness to build priorities around improving and growing Firefly's product experience across international markets
- Define and track market-specific quality and adoption metrics (regional MAU, market sentiment/NPS, model output relevance by market)
Roadmap & Cross-Functional Influence
- Engage directly with regional collaborators, GTM, and research partners to surface market-specific workflows and gaps
- Build the case for international investment - sizing opportunity, prioritizing markets, and influencing the core Firefly roadmap
- Represent international requirements in core product planning, ensuring global relevance is designed in from the start, not bolted on downstream
Research Partnership
- Collaborate with research on evaluation datasets tuned to market-specific language, cultural, and content nuances
- Stay current on GenAI trends and international product guidelines across the industry
Analyze
- Track adoption, quality, and sentiment metrics by market; report out to leadership on international health and return on investment
What you need to succeed- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with international/global product scope
- Experience with AI/ML-based products; comfort partnering with research and applied science teams
- Track record of building 0-to-1 frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong cross-functional influence skills - this role earns roadmap input through data and partnership, not authority
- Additional language proficiency (Japanese, German, Korean, or Portuguese) a plus, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate market nuance into clear product requirements
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,300 -- $205,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
