Product manager - Integrations

About the Role

As a Product Manager - Integrations at Niural, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of integrations with key HR and finance platforms. You will collaborate with multiple product teams and external partners, helping to define and deliver solutions that automate processes and eliminate manual tasks for our customers.

You will shape the development of 'plug-and-play' integrations that seamlessly work with customers' existing tools. Your role will involve balancing customer needs with long-term scalability while being involved in the continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Contribute to the development of the strategy and roadmap for key integrations, balancing both short-term customer needs and long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify and prioritize integration opportunities.
  • Lead discovery phases to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and assess the feasibility, desirability, and viability of integration solutions.
  • Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring solutions align with business and technical goals.
  • Track meaningful KPIs and OKRs, and analyze post-launch results to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Influence and build consensus around integration priorities across teams and stakeholders, helping to align technical and business goals.
  • Work autonomously to manage competing priorities, drive decisions quickly, and balance technical debt while ensuring product excellence.

Essential Requirements
