  • Direct the functional configuration and feature-level delivery of assigned HR applications
  • Partner with the PMO to ensure these functional milestones align with the overarching project schedule
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR stakeholders, gathering requirements for feature enhancements and managing their implementation
  • Maintain a deep functional understanding of system configurations and integration points to ensure products meet business requirements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on clear "Pass/Fail" criteria to ensure software releases match defined specifications
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with technology vendors, including tracking support tickets and standard feature requests
  • Monitor and report on product adoption metrics to track employee engagement with new features
  • Successfully pivot between different HR applications as business needs shift, quickly gaining subject matter expertise in new tools

  • Proven experience working in both Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) project environments

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
