Overview

Manages overall product lines and reviews. Manages product design, distribution strategies and promotion in order to optimize the goals of product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize product efforts and engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand their business goals, motivating factors, and the relative impact and/or business value.
  • Execute the short-term product roadmap and integrate it into a larger application or strategic roadmap.
  • Lead the product functional design, scoping, and requirements-gathering process based on a strong understanding of users and technology.
  • Lead and manage the product backlog and priorities with business and technology partners; make informed trade-offs with business teams.
  • Coordinate communication, escalate risks and issues, and facilitate resolution of changes tied to the product backlog.
  • Understand product and service offerings in detail, including functionality and technology context; provide subject matter expertise in response to inquiries from sales, customers, prospects, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders impacted by the program or feature being implemented regarding delivery status and content.
  • Develop product launch content in partnership with the launch team.
  • Conduct partnership meetings with IT Support and UX teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM functionality, architecture, capabilities, and best practices, including Salesforce and HubSpot.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing - Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Product management skills and quantitative skill, plus experience in a leadership role with direct reports preferred.
