Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience driving growth for a consumer product.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
  • Experience working on LLM and applying them to consumer products, including building eval sets, evaluating side-by-side reports, writing eval templates, and writing platinums/goldens.
  • Deep understanding of UX affordances and how they shape user mental models.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

As a Product Manager for Multimodal Conversationality in Search, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Search Intelligence and Google Lens. You will be constantly exploring, developing, and applying technologies (including LLMs) to improve search quality, establish standards, and evaluate loss patterns. You will translate offline evaluations into actionable product decisions and engineering iterations that drive growth for a large consumer product.
