THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Base Salary: CAD $94,406.00 - 142,069.00

Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic
development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payerprovider platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield's strategic goals.
  • Enable prioritization and requirement definition while driving to long-term product vision and strategy.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
  • Partner closely with the stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

  • Capable of triaging bugs effectively and determining launch-critical issues.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on platform products with multiple integrations.
  • Technically fluent; while not a developer, you're comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
