Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic
development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payerprovider platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield's strategic goals.
- Enable prioritization and requirement definition while driving to long-term product vision and strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
- Partner closely with the stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmaps clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and discussions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

- Experience in QA processes to ensure robust, cross-platform feature launches.
- Capable of triaging bugs effectively and determining launch-critical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare products.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on platform products with multiple integrations.
- Technically fluent; while not a developer, you're comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
