At Grata, we will expect you to:

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis

  • Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to achieve ambitious goals and track progress effectively

  • Work across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap

  • Prioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach to maximize impact and deliver customer value

  • Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teams

  • Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area, building credibility through ownership and results

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive alignment across the organization

What we are looking for:

  • 5+years of product management experience; bonus points for experience within private capital markets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product

  • Experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams

  • Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs

  • Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, andregularly usethese skills to improve the work going on around you

  • Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment;a track recordof managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way

  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, andgoal-setting

  • Interested in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidates compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$118,800.00 - $207,200.00
