Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a Product Manager, Global Messaging, to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of our global messaging capabilities, including SMS, email, voice, push notifications, and emerging communication channels.

In this role, you'll partner with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable communication solutions that create value for customers and support Crisis24's growth. You'll serve as the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Work On
  • Own the product roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Global Messaging capabilities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Gather customer and market insights to define product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and improve user experience.
  • Partner with Engineering to translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver high-quality messaging solutions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, demonstrations, customer feedback sessions, and beta programs.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, reliability, profitability, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and commercial models while ensuring compliance with messaging regulations, carrier requirements, and vendor capabilities.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar experience supporting software products.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as SMS, email, voice, push notifications, or communications platforms.
  • Understanding of messaging ecosystems, telecommunications, carrier/vendor relationships, routing, deliverability, or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams and translating customer needs into product requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
