Full Job Description
Your Impact
The Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within a product group. Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role will focus on identifying key gaps in product features, capturing product requirements, and defining outcomes or objectives and key results (OKRs).

What You Will Do
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Private Brands Quality Assurance technology products.
  • Own and manage the product backlog based on business value, user needs, quality risk, and delivery feasibility.
  • Translate Quality Assurance and Private Brands processes into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand product testing, inspections, approvals, quality issues, and supplier-related needs.
  • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, and delivery teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate quality-related processes.
  • Define and monitor product outcomes and KPIs, including adoption, cycle time, quality issue resolution, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate product priorities, decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing a product backlog and translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
  • Basic understanding of AI-enabled products and experience identifying opportunities to introduce artificial intelligence, automation, or intelligent decision support into an existing suite of products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business and technology teams.
  • Experience defining product outcomes, KPIs, and success measures.


Preferred Skills/Education
  • Experience in executing end to end product lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting enterprise workflow or operational technology products.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery environments.
  • Experience with roadmap planning, release planning, product analytics, and continuous improvement.
