Product Manager - Food & Beverage (SaaS & LIMS)Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth and strategy of a portfolio of SaaS and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) products focused on the Food & Beverage industry. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, driving market growth, and working with internal teams to deliver valuable solutions for laboratory and food safety environments.
The ideal candidate understands food safety testing workflows and LIMS software and can turn market insights into successful products that generate revenue and customer value.
***Remote Schedule*** Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Market Ownership - Define product strategy and long-term direction for the portfolio.
- Identify target customers, market segments, and product use cases.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide product decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities through innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.
Product Roadmap & Delivery - Create and manage the product roadmap.
- Translate strategy into product features and development priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver new releases.
- Ensure product quality and successful SaaS product delivery.
Business Planning & Go-to-Market - Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and packaging.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support product launches.
- Assist with demos, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products.
AI-Enabled Product Development - Use AI tools to improve product development and analysis.
- Evaluate customer requests for AI features.
- Work with engineering teams to implement responsible and valuable AI capabilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as the primary owner for product success and performance.
- Coordinate work across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Identify risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and software development lifecycles.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Biological Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage safety or testing environments.
- Direct experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Experience delivering SaaS software products.
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market activities.
- Experience working with AI or Generative AI product features.
