Full Job Description
This role is focused on mobile product development, with an emphasis on building and evolving advisor-facing capabilities across iOS and Android platforms. The Product Manager will partner closely with the Client to create and refine the product backlog, translate vision into clear execution, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Success in this role requires strong mobile product experience, comfort working with complex data sources, and a high level of attention to detail, including the ability to ask the right questions at the right time. Req: [redacted] Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog for advisor workflow capabilities across iOS and Android platforms Collaborate with the Client's Product Owners, UX, and Engineering teams to define, refine, and prioritize use cases supporting advisor workflows Translate advisor workflows into product features, user journeys, and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria Define measurable acceptance criteria, including quality, usability, and performance outcomes Ensure backlog readiness with 2-3 sprints of well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined stories at all times Prioritize features aligned to phased delivery approaches (PoC  Pilot  Enterprise scale) Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews as the voice of the advisor Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure alignment with data access, security, and platform standards Support UAT cycles by validating features prior to end-user testing, gathering advisor feedback, and continuously refining the backlog Represent advisor and end-customer perspectives in all product decisions Requirements Strong Product Management experience in enterprise or platform-driven environments with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex backlogs Mandatory experience working on mobile app product teams (iOS and/or Android) Deep understanding of mobile platform concepts, constraints, and best practices Experience translating complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences Strong familiarity with Agile and/or SAFe delivery models and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving programs Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving Financial services experience preferred; Wealth Management or Broker-Dealer domain experience is a strong plus Experience with consumer-facing digital platforms and/or investment or trading applications preferred Familiarity with distributed data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), APIs, and metadata systems is a plus Nice to have Hands-on experience contributing to AI-enabled products such as intelligent workflows, conversational interfaces, or agent-based solutions Exposure to defining or evaluating AI-related outcomes such as relevance, accuracy, or explainability within product features
