Principal Product Manager - Licensing Technology (AI & Financial Systems)

Are you passionate about building innovative enterprise products that transform global business operations? We're looking for a strategic and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of enterprise licensing, financial technology, and AI-powered platforms. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll define product strategy, influence executive stakeholders, and drive the delivery of next-generation solutions that improve financial operations, accelerate AI adoption, and create measurable business value across a global organization.

About the Role

As the Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise Licensing Financial and Artificial Intelligence platforms. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional technology teams, you will drive product innovation, modernize financial workflows, and guide organizational adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise licensing, financial technology, and AI platform capabilities.
  • Establish and champion product success metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision making, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical enterprise applications, from ideation and requirements gathering through successful delivery.
  • Prioritize product investments by managing dependencies, evaluating trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders around strategic business objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with executive leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Translate finance, revenue accounting, and AI initiatives into scalable product strategies while balancing innovation, operational excellence, and financial governance.
  • Lead enterprise product launches and organizational change initiatives, including training and adoption strategies that ensure successful implementation across global teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including at least 5 years leading complex enterprise software products as a Senior or Principal Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated success defining strategy, launching, and scaling multiple enterprise products or large platform initiatives with global business impact.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate business processes or improve enterprise outcomes.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and well-defined product requirements.
  • Strong experience with enterprise finance and accounting systems, including revenue management, forecasting, ERP platforms, and financial operations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Expertise in building data-driven product organizations through analytics, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies in fast-paced product development environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Licensing, Consumer Products, Retail, or other large-scale commercial business environments.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
