Job Title- Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications

Department- Systems & Technology

Reports to- Sr. Product Manager

Location- Plano, TX

Summary of position

The Product Manager is responsible for enhancing business application capability, and providing strong collaboration across internal stakeholders. This role supports the full product lifecycle for enterprise business applications, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that support the company's long-term strategy. The position requires a blend of technical and analytical skills with creative, solution-oriented problem-solving to prioritize the highest-impact work in an agile environment.

Essential duties & responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise business applications, from discovery and concept through launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing new features, technical debt, and operational improvements to maximize internal efficiencies and capability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver cohesive, cross-platform experiences and smooth releases.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both client-facing and internal products, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture and APIs.
  • Analyze product performance metrics (adoption, engagement, conversion, NPS), operational KPIs, and competitive insights to drive data-informed decisions and experimentation.
  • Partner with engineering and internal teams to improve internal tools and workflows, with a focus on developer productivity, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clearly communicate priorities and tradeoffs, and advocate for the product vision across the organization.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.

Schedule & Travel
  • Standard business hours are expected in this role.
  • Ability to travel as required up to 10%.
