Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be a part of our Business Architecture group, focused on the EnFin product, and will be responsible for defining product requirements and translating business needs cleanly into new features and/or product enhancements. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, able to independently own new product initiatives with limited periodic manager guidance, and partner effectively with stakeholders across engineering, design , and other business verticals . Key outcomes for this candidate include helping to mature how specific products, surfaces, and tooling enhancements are prioritized, measured, and delivered to grow the EnFin business.

This position will be onsite in our San Francisco office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and define product area with managers guidance, leading the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement.
  • Drive execution in alignment with stakeholders as well as external development teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Build a system-level understanding across the products and customer we support, becoming subject-matter expert for the product domain they own.
  • Improve product metrics and visibility around customer journey bottlenecks.
  • Communicate clearly across Product, business stakeholders, Engineering, PMO and leadership on project status and milestones, risks and mitigations, and prioritization.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of new features.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience leading software products, operational platforms, or business process transformation initiatives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills to interact and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business analytical skills with the capability of identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing product use data.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving, and deep attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup/environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Comfortable discussing systems, API integrations, data flows, technical tradeoffs, and success metrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in FinTech or solar + storage/clean energy industry.
  • Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity/experience working with external engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies.
