The Client Incentive team builds the global incentive platform powering billions of dollars of advertising incentives across TikTok's worldwide advertising business. Our products enable policy design, incentive configuration, customer enrollment, execution tracking, settlement, governance, and customer transparency for advertisers and agencies across multiple regions. As AI reshapes enterprise software, we are building the next generation of intelligent incentive systems that help users understand policies, diagnose issues, automate operations, and make complex incentive programs more transparent and scalable. Responsibilities: - Build products that support the end-to-end incentive lifecycle, including policy configuration, enrollment, execution, settlement, and reporting. - Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and operational efficiency. - Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and drive product execution from concept to launch. - Leverage AI technologies, including LLMs and workflow automation, to improve policy understanding, issue diagnosis, and operational productivity. - Use data to identify customer pain points, measure product impact, and prioritize product investments. - Partner with global stakeholders across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. - Comfortable working with data and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for building products that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122574 - $184000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
