If you are a Product Manager professional Iooking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead the strategy and innovation of Emerson Professional Tools' Threading and Roll Grooving tool portfolio. In this position, you will identify evolving customer needs, shape new product opportunities, and drive enhancements across an existing product portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to develop and deliver products to market while contributing to strategic direction and operational excellence. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage the full product lifecycle across assigned categories, from new product introduction through product line rationalization.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Pipe Tool products, including evaluation of new business opportunities.
  • Drive growth of existing product lines through new product development initiatives.
  • Identify adjacent markets and opportunities for product expansion.
  • Leverage market research to understand customer needs and inform product development and messaging.
  • Guide new product programs from concept through commercialization by collaborating across multiple disciplines.
  • Analyze competitive positioning and clearly articulate product value and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong operational and business outcomes.
  • Engage in core portfolio activities such as customer visits, pricing, forecasting, sales enablement, category management, sourcing, and operational decision-making.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Academic focus in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years minimum in product management or equivalent marketing or project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn how to operate professional-grade tools, including the plumbing and mechanical principles that underlie their design.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and craft compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • MBA or Master's Degree.
  • Experience within the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing markets.
  • Experience working on and managing international projects.
