We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, Business Applications to lead a strategic ERP transformation to NetSuite in partnership with a third-party implementation firm.

This role serves as the critical bridge between business and technology-focusing not just on delivery, but on defining what to build and why. You will drive prioritization, user experience, and long-term platform evolution to support scalable operations across the organization.

🎯 Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the NetSuite product vision aligned to company growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain a multi-phase product roadmap (implementation + post-go-live)
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and digitize processes
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability

  • Own and manage the NetSuite product backlog across key functions:
    • Manufacturing (production, quality, lot/traceability)
    • Distribution (inventory, warehousing, logistics)

  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Prioritize features based on business value, ROI, and operational impact
