Job Title
Product Manager - Digital Security and Identity

As a Product Manager - Security & Identity Management, you will help shape and deliver security capabilities that protect digital experiences across online, mobile, and open banking channels. You will work closely with analysts, user experience designers, engineering, quality assurance, clients, and internal stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and drive secure, scalable identity solutions that support client and business needs.

What you'll do:
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity verification capabilities across digital channels.
  • Partner with analysts, user experience designers, engineering, and quality assurance teams to deliver secure, scalable identity management solutions.
  • Make product decisions that balance security, user experience, delivery timelines, and business value.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in identity and access management, guiding product enhancements that address evolving threats, controls, and compliance needs.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate product capabilities, gather feedback, and translate requirements into prioritized product outcomes.
  • Support go-to-market activities by developing accurate product documentation, including security white papers, implementation guides, and compliance checklists.
  • Analyze market trends, threat intelligence, regulatory developments, and product performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, including delivering software or platform capabilities in cybersecurity, identity and access management, fraud, authentication, or related security domains.
  • 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business, technical, and client requirements into product roadmaps, feature definitions, and release priorities.
  • Experience with identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, multi-factor authentication, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, or similar security protocols and frameworks.
  • Experience analyzing product usage, risk indicators, and performance metrics to support prioritization, product optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to create clear product documentation and communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting products in online banking, mobile banking, open banking, payments, or other regulated financial technology environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments with secure software development practices.
  • Experience supporting client-facing product discussions, security reviews, or implementation planning.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Travel: This role requires regular travel (10 - 25%).

Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
