You Are Good At

  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Owning, grooming, and maintaining product backlogs across both DXP and EWS by translating high-level business goals and internal platform needs into actionable Epics, Technical User Stories, and clear Acceptance Criteria
  • Facilitating daily Agile team ceremonies, including running the daily standup, leading Kanban/Scrum board walkthroughs
  • Stewarding the RotaryUI design system and component library as a shared internal platform product-prioritizing the component roadmap, coordinating between consuming application teams, and ensuring EWS delivery aligns with DXP and design needs
  • Balancing the prioritization of new business features with essential architectural tasks (e.g., paying down technical debt, platform upgrades, and infrastructure optimizations)
  • Driving the internal adoption of Sitecore AI for personalization, intelligent search, and content optimization, helping the business understand the "art of the possible"
  • Championing our Vercel / Headless Frontend architecture to advocate for fast, high-performing user experiences and excellent site performance
  • Acting as the primary liaison between non-technical Business Owners and deeply technical Architects and Engineering teams to unblock development work
