Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

Contribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap in alignment with the organization's growth objectives.

Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend high-impact initiatives to enhance the digital subscriber experience.

Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market best practices and emerging trends within the streaming industry.

Product Management and Delivery

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring particular rigor in defining acceptance criteria.

Work in an agile environment with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.

Manage priorities effectively by maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Analytics and Performance

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products under your responsibility.

Leverage usage data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.

Design and interpret experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate agile ceremonies with clarity and efficiency, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders at every stage.

Present progress updates and product deliveries in an engaging manner, highlighting product increments and their value to teams and stakeholders.

Design and deliver training sessions for stakeholders following feature releases.

Critical Qualifications
• 3 to 6 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within digital platforms, media, or online subscription environments.
• Strong experience working in an agile environment and managing data-driven products.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
