Summary

Owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of one or more digital products or product lines. Partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, customer success, and business stakeholders to define, develop, launch, and continuously improve products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business value. Uses customer insights, market research, and performance data to prioritize product investments and drive innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for assigned products or product lines.
• Translate prioritized business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities into Product requirements, supporting the development of user stories and refined backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, marketing, analytics, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to successfully deliver new products and enhancements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, understanding pain points, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Define product success metrics and analyze performance data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and prioritize enhancements.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with UX designers to develop user workflows, prototypes, and usability testing plans that improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive product innovation by evaluating new ideas, validating concepts through prototyping and user testing, and recommending new capabilities.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints when making product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
• Agile Product Development practices (such as Program Increment (PI) planning) while working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of product management experience supporting digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing products using Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience managing web-based and/or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools.
• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or machine learning technologies is a plus.

• Strong understanding of product management principles and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and customer research techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Working Conditions

Working Conditions
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb. In addition requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to noise and be required to wear hearing protection for the duration of the shift.
