We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• Execute against a CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 product strategy in partnership with business and leadership and create buy-in for the vision with all key stakeholders
• Translate the strategic roadmap into delivery schedule with tangible requirements and clear success criteria
• Collaborate cross-functionally to help identify and mitigate risks to the delivery schedule, and quickly adapt approaches based on changing program needs where applicable
• Drive the prioritization and execution of product features and key initiatives within the CRM and broader Service Enablement portfolio
• Formulate and be accountable for objectives and key results (OKRs) for CRM, aligned to business goals and designed to drive user outcomes
• Lead teams and influence partners in an innovative and rapidly evolving agile organizational structure
• Manage key vendor relationships and stay on top of industry trends and developments to drive a leading CRM offering for support teams, and home office personnel

Your team

As part of the CRM Crew, you'll be working in the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Service Pod at our Wealth Management headquarters in Weehawken, NJ. Our main objective is to provide support and home office teams with the digital tools they need to strategically service their clients and grow our business.

You will be a member of the team and lead a group of subject matter experts responsible for delivering a highly competitive CRM platform for US Wealth Management users. You and your team will be responsible for driving the delivery, awareness, and adoption of the CRM platform, and be highly engaged with the users to collect feedback to prioritize for future enhancements. You will partner with various members of the organization to drive the planning, development, rollout, communications, training, and all other factors critical to the success of the CRM platform.

Your expertise

You have:
• Proven experience as a project manager and/or other applicable leadership positions
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years financial services industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of the US wealth management competitive landscape
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization
• Experience directly leading and developing a strong team of experienced professionals
• Strong problem-solving skills with a tendency to roll up your sleeves to deliver the best outcome in any situation
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 90000 - max USD 120000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
