As a Product Manager, you will be expected to design, strategize, execute, and prioritize projects. Build members experiences that drive engagement and measure the impact of your product innovation, with your design, research, and data science partners.
  • Scale the Platform:Build and scale product experiences and platform capabilities to support the onboarding of content partners globally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional leaders in articulating a compelling product vision, and then breaking the vision into well-scoped projects and driving execution. Work as part of an autonomous agile team along with designers, engineers, consumer insights, and data science, ML & analytics colleagues to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
  • Advocate and Align:Ensure that the broader organization is clear about our product strategy and roadmap, and effectively farm for dissent. Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your consumer insights and design partners.
  • Culture:Foster an inclusive environment, where all viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged. Embodies the Netflix real values while also bringing a new perspective to improve our culture.

  • Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with a global scope, where the consumer is paying for the service.
  • Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, researchers, and colleagues across content, communications, and marketing - ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team
  • Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - An ability to synthesize the complex into the simple and persuasive, and tell compelling stories with data.
