Job Summary

The Product Manager will own and drive billing automation initiatives for merchants using client's services, while supporting broader payment integration and product roadmap initiatives. The role will manage the complete product and feature lifecycle from market and user research through requirements, design, development, testing, launch, and internal enablement. The Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and global stakeholders to define complex integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical capabilities. This role requires strong e-commerce experience, technical product management expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to deliver reliable, high-quality products in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and define billing automation initiatives for merchants using payment services.
• Drive key product initiatives supporting payment integrations and the broader product roadmap.
• Own the complete product and feature lifecycle, including market research, user research, wireframes, PRD creation, development, QA/testing, product launch, and internal enablement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and global stakeholders.
• Define and design complex system integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical capabilities.
• Analyze customer pain points, market trends, and ecosystem developments to identify new product opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to support product workflows and user-facing capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with global Product and Technical teams.
• Ensure billing-related solutions are thoroughly tested and meet high standards for accuracy, reliability, and quality.
• Independently drive product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting requirements in a fast-paced product environment.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within global, fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
• Significant e-commerce industry experience.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex system architectures, data flows, APIs, system integrations, and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, logical, and data-driven problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI designers.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product workflows or user-facing products.
• Strong understanding of complex product and technical environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when working with global teams.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through product launch.
• Fluent/native-level written and verbal English communication skills.
