Responsibilities

  • Cultivatedeepunderstanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.

  • Lead teams through data-driven processes to test feasibility and viability and translate learnings into business cases informed by clear roadmaps and global platform execution plans.

  • Develop and articulatea clear visionfor products and lead execution of the integrated roadmap to deliver franchise goals, globally.

  • Own full product lifecycle, guiding trade-offs and release plans for new features, launches in new global markets, in-market sustaining activities, and technical debt retirement.

  • Define integrated release targets & scope, value proposition & delivery to drive growth, provide customers with cadence of new innovations, and maximize return on investment.

  • Responsible for on-market product performance, including market share, retention, product complaints, NPS, cost to sustain, and product cost.

  • Accountable to build and deliver business cases.

  • Lead execution and release of product initiatives with technology teams, medical, regulatory,manufacturingand other teams acrossInsulettolead on-budget, on-time cross-functional execution to realize value and advanceInsuletsmission.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to shape integrated launch strategy for global products.

  • Set targets, objectives & reviews with all PMs within theorganization.

  • Collaborate with other product managers toestablishprocesses and best practices for Product Management and Product Owners atInsulet.

  • Coordinate on architecture and scalability requirements and guide investment timing.

  • Create bottom-up planning for annual & strategic plans.

  • Coordinate medical & scientific input & review.

  • Collaborate on franchise roadmap and priorities in relation to enterprise-wide strategies.
