As the Product Manager for the Buyer Experience, you will own the critical touchpoints that define how users interact and transact on our marketplace. You aren't just managing features; you are the architect of the Trade, Private Client and Message Center ecosystems, driving scalable growth by bridging the gap between buyer intent and successful conversion.
You'll lead a high-velocity, cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and analysts to transform complex buyer pain points into elegant, high-performance product solutions. This role offers high visibility to senior leadership and the autonomy to significantly influence our global product strategy.
What you'll do- Own the Vision: Define and execute the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for Onboarding flows, Message Center and our Trade and Private Client Program, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
- Full-Lifecycle Delivery: Lead product development from raw concept and rapid experimentation to full-scale global launches.
- Data-Driven Discovery: Synthesize user research, competitive market analysis, and deep-funnel analytics to uncover "hidden" opportunities for innovation.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the connective tissue between design, engineering, and marketing to build, iterate, and polish key buyer-facing features.
- Drive Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to optimize the communication loop between buyers and sellers, specifically aimed at increasing Trade program velocity.
- Evangelize the Roadmap: Communicate product wins and strategic pivots to senior leadership, setting clear expectations and building organizational consensus.
- Obsess over the Buyer: Become the voice of the user by analyzing on-site behaviors and conducting direct interviews to solve friction in the marketplace journey.
What you'll bring- Marketplace Instinct: 3+ years of PM experience, with a strong preference for e-commerce or complex two-sided marketplaces.
- Strategic Execution: A proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering measurable ROI.
- Master Storyteller: Exceptional communication skills. You can translate complex technical constraints into compelling narratives for any audience.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization. You don't just report data - you use it to make informed trade-offs and find the "why" behind the numbers.
- Collaborative Leadership: A natural ability to lead by influence, breaking down silos and driving decisive action in ambiguous environments.
- Problem Solver: You thrive on deconstructing complex issues and identifying creative, scalable solutions.
