You will own the product roadmap for bulk and large order fulfillment at Amazon Business. The goal is simple to state and hard to build: a customer places one large order, picks one date, and receives it once, in the form factor that fits their dock and their crew. Getting there means changing how Amazon sources, consolidates, packs and ships large orders, working shoulder to shoulder with the engineering teams that own fulfillment planning and fulfillment center operations. This is a builder role with a funded roadmap and direct exposure to senior leaders across Amazon Business, supply chain and operations.
Key job responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for bulk and large order fulfillment, from customer problem through launch and measured outcome.
Write the documents that get the work funded and built: PRFAQs, business requirements documents, and annual and three year planning inputs.
Act as the requirements owner with partner engineering teams in fulfillment planning and fulfillment center technology, not a ticket filer. Negotiate scope, sequence and dependencies directly with their product and engineering leaders.
Define how Amazon consolidates a large order into as few deliveries as possible, including palletized delivery and customer selected delivery dates.
Define how a request for many individual units can be served from cases and pallets of the same product, working through the inventory, receive and pick changes that requires.
Build the case for dedicated bulk fulfillment capacity, including moving product from suppliers to customers without a putaway step.
Replace manual operator work with automation across sourcing, consolidation and promise, and track the reduction.
Own the metrics: deliveries per order, delivery date accuracy, ship cost per unit and contribution profit per unit. Pull your own data and defend your own numbers.
A day in the life
You will spend your day between customers and builders. Mornings often start in the data, checking how last week's large orders actually shipped and where they fragmented. From there it is working sessions with fulfillment planning and fulfillment center engineering teams on requirements, a review with operations leaders on the manual work still left in the flow, and time with Amazon Business sales and customer teams on what large buyers are asking for. You will write often, and you will present what you write to directors and above.

To support AB's mission, the AB Operations team owns end to end customer experience for AB customers right from checkout to final mile delivery and sits under the broader Global Transportation Services (GTS). We are the Single Threaded WW Ops team driving B2B operations, developing products and programs unique to business customers, and enhancing the business delivery capabilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
