Product Manager

Position Summary

As the Product Manager - Americas, you will own and champion assigned product categories across the U.S. and Canada. Acting as the regional product expert, you'll combine consumer insights, market intelligence, retailer feedback, and competitive analysis to influence product strategy, support successful product launches, and drive commercial growth.
Working cross-functionally with Global Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, Marketing, Test Kitchen, and Retail partners, you'll help shape the future of our product portfolio while ensuring products meet the needs of the North American consumer.

What You'll Do
  • Product Strategy & Category Management
  • Become the subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regional feedback that influences global product roadmaps and future product development.
  • Partner with Global Product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

New Product Development
  • Gather and synthesize retailer and consumer feedback on new products.
  • Collaborate with Test Kitchen teams to validate products for the North American market.
  • Support packaging localization and product messaging to ensure market relevance.
  • Review digital product content, including product detail pages and marketing materials, for accuracy.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Support
  • Develop compelling product presentations and sales materials for retailer sell-in.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to deliver successful product launches.
  • Present new products and category strategies to key retail customers.
  • Support pricing, forecasting, and product lifecycle planning.

Training & Product Expertise
  • Lead product training for internal teams, sales partners, brand ambassadors, and retail associates.
  • Support retailer conferences, product launches, and educational events.
  • Ensure teams clearly understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.


Market Intelligence
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain pricing intelligence.
  • Analyze consumer feedback, call center insights, reviews, and retailer input to identify product improvements.
  • Use data to develop recommendations that support category growth and commercial success.


What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience launching consumer products in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market and sales data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed for retailer meetings, product launches, and training events.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consumer goods, housewares, small appliances, or premium consumer products.
  • Experience working with global product development teams.
  • Knowledge of North American retail channels and customer landscape.
