About the Role The Native Benefits Product team at Rippling owns a growing portfolio of Rippling-branded financial and compliance products that sit at the center of the employee benefits experience. These products help employers, brokers, and employees navigate some of the most important - and most operationally complex - parts of healthcare, retirement, and benefits administration.
Our current portfolio includes healthcare payment products such as Rippling FSA, HSA, and Commuter, as well as benefits compliance products including Rippling ACA and Rippling COBRA. Together, these products power critical workflows for thousands of businesses and employees while helping customers stay compliant with an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
We're looking for a highly ambitious Product Manager to own and scale this business. This is a rare opportunity to operate in a complex space inside one of Rippling's largest product areas: you will both run and expand a large existing product portfolio while also identifying and launching entirely new 0-to-1 products to drive the next wave of growth in this area.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of a suite of compliance and financial products - driving strategy, growth, customer adoption, product quality, and long-term market expansion. You'll work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, compliance, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that are both deeply technical and highly impactful to customers.
At the same time, you'll help define the future of Rippling's benefits platform. You will evaluate the broader benefits and compliance ecosystem, identify major customer pain points and market opportunities, and build new products that expand Rippling's position as the system of record for employee benefits and workforce management.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments, enjoys operating at both strategic and executional altitude, and wants the opportunity to launch company-scale products from the ground up.
